Our Love Story

Macey and Joem met at work during the height of the pandemic—when only a handful of employees were required to be onsite. By chance, or maybe something more, they ended up in the same bay. A mutual friend introduced them. That’s when Macey learned Joem was a supervisor, while she was an agent. Despite the difference in their roles, they connected almost instantly. 


Their friendship grew quickly. They shared stories and laughter during breaks and would often take bio breaks together—just the two of them. The connection felt so natural, so easy. One day, Macey invited Joem to her mom’s birthday celebration. He came, and her family welcomed him warmly, like he had always belonged. Her parents even cooked spaghetti—his favorite—without even knowing it. That moment stayed with her. She couldn’t help but wonder why it felt so right having him there. 


From then on, they became even closer. Their daily conversations turned into a habit, and their video calls stretched into hours. As they got to know each other more deeply, they started discovering a string of strange and beautiful coincidences. Joem lived in Amparo—the same place where Macey had her debut. His cousin was close friends with her brother. They had unknowingly attended the same wedding. Her family’s business was located right across from his grandmother’s house. Even the resting places of their loved ones were near each other in the same cemetery. It was as if their lives had always been brushing up against each other, just waiting for the right moment to meet. 


When Joem began courting Macey, he did it with quiet sincerity and deep respect. He always asked her parents for permission before taking her out. He would bring food for the family during visits, showing love not just for Macey, but for the people she cared about. Eventually, she said yes. From that moment on, they were truly happy. They lifted each other up through challenges, celebrated each other’s victories, and built a relationship grounded in friendship, trust, and genuine love. 


Now, Macey and Joem will start a new chapter as husband and wife. What began as a simple meeting during uncertain times has grown into a beautiful love story. From quiet conversations to years of shared moments, they’ve built a life filled with laughter, love, and support. Today, they’re ready to face the future together—with love in their hearts and a promise to never let go.

    We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you! To ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have reserved seating for each guest individually. We kindly ask that each invitation is for ONE (1) PERSON ONLY.


    Please RSVP by August 11, 2025 to confirm your attendance.


    We can’t wait to share this unforgettable day with you!

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
    • Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
    • Be on time.
    • Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.
    • Stay until the end of the program.
    • Join the activities and enjoy!

  • What if I RSVP but cannot attend?

    We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said “YES” to the couple.

    Yes, please. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • May I invite kids to the wedding?

    Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Only children who are part of the entourage will be attending. We hope you can still join us for this special day!

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I DOs are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.

  • How far is the church from the reception venue?

    The church (Immaculate Conception Cathedral of Cubao) is approximately 13.5 kilometers away from the reception venue (Don Jose Heights Clubhouse), and it takes around 33 minutes to drive between the two locations under normal traffic conditions.
