Our Love Story
It all began on April 16, 2016, We first met on the busy streets of Leon Guinto, Malate, Manila—a place full of everyday life, but for us, it became the beginning of something extraordinary. Introduced by a mutual friend, our first conversations sparked not in person, but through Facebook—simple chats that slowly turned into something more.
Those early exchanges were filled with curiosity and the excitement of discovering someone new. Eventually, we decided it was time to meet face to face. So, on that day, we finally saw each other in person, standing there along Leon Guinto. We went out to dinner and shared a good night together, unaware of how significant that evening would become. But as time passed, life happened. Our conversations became less frequent, until eventually, our communication faded. We went our separate ways, unsure of what the future held.
Almost a year went by without a word—until June 2017, when we found our way back to each other. We reconnected like no time had passed, and this time, things felt different—more genuine, more real.
By August 2017, we met again. That second meeting was when we truly saw the potential of what we had. We didn’t rush it—but deep down, we both knew we were onto something special.
And on September 24, 2017, we made it official. That day marked the beginning of a relationship that would grow through time, distance, and countless challenges.
Being in a long-distance relationship wasn’t always easy. There were times it tested our patience, our trust, and our strength—but through it all, we never gave up on each other. Every call, every message, every visit reminded us that what we had was worth holding onto.
Fast forward to May 8, 2024—a day we’ll never forget. That’s when the proposal happened. Simple, sincere, and full of love—just like us.
And now, on September 24, 2025, we celebrate not only our wedding, but also 8years of being together. Eight years of growth, laughter, challenges, and love. From strangers, to partners, to soulmates—this is the story that brought us here.
Our story isn’t perfect, and we’ve had our share of ups and downs—but it’s genuine, and it’s ours to keep.
