Our Love Story

It all began in March 2013 with a simple text: "Hi Fatima." Joyce couldn't help but wonder, "Sino şi Fatima?" but what he meant was Atehma pala, which is what her friends call her. It was the text mate era, and though she was hesitant at first-being just 17 while Christopher was 22-his persistence and genuine effort eventually won her over. From text mates to Facebook friends, their bond grew stronger

each day.


Christopher asked to court Joyce, and they agreed on a 100-day rule before she would give her answer.

But even before the 100 days ended, on Christopher's 22nd birthday, May 28, 2013, Joyce finally said

yes.


What followed was a love tested by distance-ten years of patience, trust, and countless memories.

Then, exactly 11 years later, on May 28, 2024, Christopher asked Joyce the most important question of all... and this time, she said YES to forever.

  • RSVP

    We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you! 


    To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have arranged reserved seating for each guest. 


    As much as we would love to celebrate with all our friends and family, our guest list is limited. Kindly note that this event is strictly by invitation only, and the number of seats reserved for you will be indicated in your invitation. 


    Please RSVP on or before November 13, 2025, to confirm your attendance. We truly look forward to 

    sharing this special day with you! 

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Yes, parking is available at the venue.  

              

    Please note that spaces will be on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to arrive early to secure a spot and not miss a moment of our special day! 

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This celebration has been a year and a half in the making, and we are overjoyed to finally share it with  the people dearest to our hearts. We truly want you to relax, have fun, and make memories with us, so  please celebrate with us until the end of the program! 

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and for God’s continuous blessings as we begin this new 
    • chapter as husband and wife. 
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared. 
    • Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif. 
    • Arrive on time so you won’t miss a moment. 
    • Follow the seating arrangement at the reception. 
    • Stay until the end of the program and celebrate with us! 
    • Join the activities and have fun! 

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

    We would truly love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that unforseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to atten after sending your RSVP, please let us know as soon as possible so we can thoughtfully reallocate your seat(s). 

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.

    Yes, please! While we’re so grateful you’ve already shared your excitement with us, we still need your formal RSVP. This helps us consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating arrangements. Your confirmation ensures everything will run smoothly on our special day. 

  • I said "NO" to the RSVP but i had a change of plans- I can attend now! What should I do?

    • Please check with us first. Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list.
    • Kindly inform us if your schedule clears up, so we can try to accomodate you.
    • If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible.
    • Please do not attend unannounced, as we may not have any available seats for you.

  • One RSVP= One Guest Only

    If you have more seats, kindly do a separate RSVP. So please don't share it with your accompanying guests for RSVP purposes.

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we would love to celebrate with all our friends and family, our guest list is limited. This event is strictly by invitation only. 

    Please check your invitation or direct message to see the number of seats reserved for you. We kindly ask for your understanding that guests not listed will not be allowed to enter.

  • Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

    You are welcome to bring your child/children; however, please note that for 5yrs old and up, their seat(s) will be included in the number allocated for you and must be counted in your RSVP.

    We kindly suggest considering this as a chance to enjoy a lovely evening out, but we completely understand if you choose to celebrate with your little ones alongside you.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    We kindly ask that you follow the assigned seating arrangement. It took thoughtful planning and discussion to ensure everyone’s comfort and enjoyment. But don’t worry! You’ll surely be seated with friends or people who share similar interests.  


    Our coordinators will be available after registration to guide you to your designated seat. Please don’t hesitate to ask them for assistance—they’ll be more than happy to help! 

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We kindly request that our ceremony be camera-free / no using of phone. While we exchange our vows in an unplugged moment, we want you to be fully present with us. 


    But don’t worry, our reception is the perfect place to capture memories! As a couple who loves photos, we can’t wait to see all your snaps. Feel free to take pictures, enjoy the celebration, and don’t forget to tag us using our official hashtag:

  • How far is the Church to the Reception Venue?

    Rospan is just 5 minutes away by car from Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish Church.
