Our Love Story

How Arden & Akre Found Love in the Most Unexpected Time


Our story began during a time when the world was standing still—right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. While quarantined in our separate homes, both of us decided to take a leap of faith and join a dating app, hoping to find a connection in the quiet of isolation.


We didn’t expect much... but God had other plans.


From our very first conversation, there was something special. We shared laughter, deep talks, and comforted each other through the uncertain days. Even though we hadn’t met yet, it already felt like we had known each other for years.


As soon as quarantine lifted, we decided to meet in person. Our first date wasn’t glamorous—it was in a grocery store, masks on, trying to read each other’s expressions through our eyes. But it was perfect in its own quirky, memorable way.


On our second date, Arden cooked porkchop for dinner at Akre’s home. It was more than just a good meal—it was a moment that sealed something deeper between us. We connected quickly, discovering we shared the same interests, sense of humor, and most importantly, the same faith.


Our relationship has had its ups and downs, like any meaningful journey does. But through every season, we’ve chosen to keep God at the center. It’s His grace that brought us together and continues to strengthen us day by day.


We’re getting married not only because we’re in love—but because we believe in honoring God with our relationship, building a life together that reflects His goodness and faithfulness.

    We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you! To ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have reserved seating for each guest individually. We kindly ask that each invitation is for ONE (1) PERSON ONLY.


    Please RSVP by September 15, 2025 to confirm your attendance.


    We can’t wait to share this unforgettable day with you!

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
    • Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
    • Be on time.
    • Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.
    • Stay until the end of the program.
    • Join the activities and enjoy!

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • May I invite kids to the wedding?

    Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Only children who are part of the entourage will be attending. We hope you can still join us for this special day!

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I DOs are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.
