Our Love Story
They say love finds you when you least expect it — and for us, it began in the most unexpected place: the middle of a busy office, surrounded by deadlines, coffee-fueled meetings, and the occasional debate over who was actually right. (Spoiler alert: we both thought we were.)
We started as colleagues — two driven, passionate people with strong opinions and even stronger personalities. We challenged each other constantly, never backing down from a debate, and to be honest, we didn’t always see eye to eye. But beneath the stubbornness, something unspoken was growing — something we didn’t quite have words for at the time.
Then, life happened, and just like that, our paths diverged. The everyday conversations, the teasing glances, the quiet camaraderie — all of it paused. For months, we didn’t talk. No calls. No texts. Just silence.
But fate, as it often does, had other plans.
A new work assignment came up, and it required us to reconnect. At first, it was just professional, quick calls, progress updates, and deadline reminders. But slowly, almost without us realizing, those calls got longer. Work talk turned into late-night conversations, shared laughs, and the kind of honesty that only comes when you're miles apart but somehow growing closer every day.
Surprises started happening — thoughtful gestures, small gifts, spontaneous check-ins. Visits were planned despite the distance. We found ways to be present in each other's lives, even when we couldn't be in the same place. Eventually, it became clear that this was more than just friendship. We took a leap and officially became us.
Eventually, life aligned in our favor again. The distance faded, and we found ourselves in the same place, no longer separated by kilometers.
And now, here we are. Two people who once argued over who was right, now standing side by side, knowing that the best decision we ever made... was each other.
This wedding isn’t just a celebration of “us,” it’s a thank-you to everyone who’s been part of the journey. We’re so excited to finally say “I do,” surrounded by the people who’ve witnessed our growth, our love, and our leap from stubborn co-workers… to life partners.
